Draft Stakeholder Document
In this preliminary (and currently unadopted) draft, consultants Beam propose a model for consideration by Craven District Council for a vision for sustainable art & design in the district’s public realm and what they aspire to do about it over the next 5 years with the help of its partners, stakeholders, and citizens.
